If you count those One Up cabs as arcade games I guess ST (although I'm pretty sure they're actually just an overpriced emulator).

If you count cabs at tournaments then either 3S or Samsho V Special, can't remember what I played last.

If you only count things I actually put quarters into in an actual arcade, it was a few months ago and it was MvC2
