I had my first lucid dream and my first sleep paralysis.

At first I had dreamed that they were chasing me inside a building, but after a moment I realized that I was inside a dream.
For some reason, I went into a state where it was like being asleep and awake at the same time. I could hear everything that happened in real life, but at the same time I only saw darkness with something like a strange smile that emitted confusing noises that made me feel too uncomfortable. It was there that I somehow returned to the dream, where I kept escaping.
Being aware of the dream, I tried to "dream" that I found the exit door, and a door appeared, which I opened and it was completely empty.
Once again, I was in that state of sleep paralysis and I saw that dark background with that strange image again, so this time I tried to move, but I was unable to do it, I also tried to ask for help, but I could only do small sounds.
