Oh yeah Idk if it was me dreaming or literally dreaming but I dreamed of a B.D. Joe character I made in Mugen.

He was a crazy character, I mean he comes from Crazy Taxi. He'd always be on the move and talk all the time. He did a few generic punches and had a "Crazy Mode" meter. When the meter is full each of his generic punches becomes a completely different move like "Crazy Dash" or something like that.
Some interesting moves are he could throw his license plate; or some cash, and he could hit an opponent with a stop sign. He'd also use a few items from Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing.
His special move obviously involves his taxi. He says "Are you ready? Here we gooooo!" and drives into the opposing wall while the car crashes and explodes.
