Default Microsoft email addresses added to the blacklist

Sorry but we've had to ban microsoft email addresses (hotmail, live, outlook) because they are now blocking our emails.

    Code:
Unfortunately, messages from [...] weren't sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network
is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to
        http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
This ban will allow to prevent registration difficulties. This might also impact existing users, if it does please change your email address here : https://mugenarchive.com/forums/prof...o=editpassword

You can use a free account at https://www.google.com/gmail/ or https://overview.mail.yahoo.com/ for instance.
    Thank you.

Anyone who use Gmail or Yahoo shouldn't be affected by this, right?

No it shouldn't affect them in any way. And we will remove MS from the blacklist if/when our ISP or MS sort it out.

We've got some news from Microsoft and they are planning to "mitigate the restrictions" within a couple of days, with a potential limit regardless. We have no further detail about that limit.

For now we can't tell if we are going to remove Microsoft from our blacklist. If we still receive a large amount of bouncing emails, then they will not be removed from the blacklist I'm afraid. I'll let you know when I get more news.
