From what i can remember, no.
Though when i used to be Gomamon Nanaya, i saw someone else who had Nanaya in their username who was friends with Jansen and was also born in 2003 like Jansen and had Shiki Nanaya as pfp and he joined in 2019.

Yes, on Xbox live. There was a guy with a gamertag identical to mine, with just one extra letter. Considering that my gamertag is long, that he is from the same country and was playing the same game and finally, that it’s not possible to have two exact user names, it’s highly likely he intentionally copied me lol. I have never seen that player; I only know about him because a friend of mine found him in a lobby and sent me a picture of his profile.

Well, it's happened to me many times and the solution was to make several derivations of my name in order to log in or create an account in several sites, still, it was so much fun talking with other users who had the same name as if we were twins xD
