Who thinks there should be KOF XV

Sprites are expensive as hell. XIII, for as good as it looks, it almost tanked SNK again which is why they stopped making video games for a while and focused on Pachinko. Oda said that they will be using cel-shading for future installments.

SNK is working on King of Fighter XV. And Samurai Shodown.
SNK Girly Girl Fighters is a spin off.

As someone who really liked KOF XIII's aesthetic, that sounds pretty dope. Some of the models in XIV looked a bit too "sterile" (for lack of a better term) and I think cel-shading would fix a lot of that.
