Not necessarily a "youtuber" as much as a group of twitch streamers having what they do archived, but i like Vinesauce, especially Joel and Rev. Joel feels like an "anti-hero" compared to Vinny and Rev does streams of third-rate adobe flash games which are pretty fascinating due to the format dying.

The one I've been watching for the longest time is SuperMarioLogan. Ever since I was 9 years old. Really sad how Youtube is just destroying his channel(s). This dude is literally a part of my childhood.

I used to watch the Creatures Hub a lot, but they disbanded. Vinesauce was my replacement for grouptubers.

My favorite youtuber was Jordan Underneath. A while ago he completely changed the style of his channel, deleted all of his old videos and is now making an active attempt to erase all evidence of his face from the internet due to complications that seriously negatively affected his life outside of youtube. I completely respect his privacy, everything he has done and all of the new content he has created, but it still makes me sad to see it all go, especially since his retrospective series on Silent Hill was my favorite youtube series of all time.
