I Got 2 1/2 on the mind:

Xiangfei: plainly-put: She's SNK's MGK to Capcom's Eminem (Chun Li). I love the costume and the concept, but SNK had a subtle obsession with trying to create a heroine to rival Chun Li's mystique and legacy. Xiangfei is fast, decent ground-to-ground attack and supers and her 'dumpling' niche. Unfortunately, that made her a bit too derpy and Elena can out-eat her =P

Speaking of SFIII: Makoto's only defining moment and legacy was that she was the only Street Fighter heroine at the time to out-chest Chun Li. I'll leave it at that =P

Dishonorable Mention: Everyone from World Heroes 1. If Street Fighter was hip-hop, then World Heroes is mumble rap over recycled beats and stolen Rakim lines

maybe they already achieved that with Mai Shiranui..
Xiangfei is pretty much comparable to Xiaoyu, that's probably where SNK took part of the concept from (Tekken 3 release date :1997, RBFF2 (first appearance of Xiangfei, I guess) : 1998 )

Well... World Heroes is actually a cool game, with its own style and personally I like its simplicity. It was a good SF2 competitor back then (I wouldn't mind playing it now, actually)

The Shiranui ninja (KOF/Fatal Fury):
They're easily the lamest ninja in fiction. Andy is a Ken wannabe who's only purpose to exist is exactly just to be that, Mai is just a bunch of waifu-bait trash with no redeeming qualities outside of her floppy ****, and Hokutomaru is pretty much "Ninja Bao" except he's much worse given he's related to Andy or Mai somehow.

Greninja and Primarina (Pokémon):
Game Freak, you're not developing Mega Man 12. There's no excuse for using the same archetype for the 3rd time in a row, as Samurott was completely FINE with it; it's just the same bullcrap as with the Fire-Fighting type starters back in Generations 3-5. Fanboys somehow eat this up too, not seeing how cliché it actually is or even giving any feedback that ISN'T negative about more recent Pokémon designs. Primarina manages to become the epitome of how lazy Game Freak has gotten since it's also effeminate like 50% of the designs from Gen 6, and has the tacky Fairy-type which only screws everything besides itself and Steel-type over. Additionally, Greninja with it's stupid hidden ability is more broken than Meta Knight in SSBB, Akuma in the CPS2 variants of Street Fighter 2, or even the GODDAMN GENERAL FROM KAISER KNUCKLE. More absurtity arises when Zoroark is completely rejected due to it using minor design traits from Lucario, and yet 2 blander versions of Samurott are the most popular pokemon in the community.

Karin (Street Fighter):
Why does she even exist outside of being a tie-in to an obscure 1997 manga? She's not likable personality-wise, and unless you want to practice a Rekka character's moveset there's no value to playing as her. Just stick with Sakura, Fei-long or Cammy.

I can see why people despise Ashley from RE 4, but at the very least she doesn't casually walk between you and the enemy. And during that stage, there's some big robots to fight, and if she walks between you and the robot, your attacks won't hit it, but the robot will most likely hit you and her at the same time. And sometimes that also happens with regular enemies.
And just to add insult to the injury, in the next stage, it's revealed that Dominique is some sort of super android and you had to fight against her. Like... What? Seriously, not only she was a heavy burden in the previous stage, and now she fights against me? What is this nonsense?
