I'm still struggling my way through Trackmania Turbo. I've nearly done the Blue series (third tier) and really wonder if it will be even possible for me to complete the fourth and fifth tiers.

I've never played a Souls game though. Could anyone who has played both say which is more difficult?

The first "Ghosts 'n Goblines" is the hardest game ever.
and on "Adventure Island", I've never seen anyone who can reach that ending.

Played Super Ghouls and Ghosts... i like game even if hard and the god damn water boat level bored me and it hard.... take too long. But still a good game just one bad part in a lot of leves.

Dark Souls series, too much avoid of boss attacks or u were killed in one-few hits.(and reset zone with monsters when u died and had to start again from checkpoint/bonfire and if u died again -before u take your souls, u lost all souls which ones u gained and didn't spend at checkpoint). Nevertheless great series.

I would say Ikaruga, that game was freaking unforgiving at times, especially if you want to get a high score of an A or higher.

For me would have to be any Megaman game and Cuphead.
They made me insane. I almost had an aneurism , i said eff it and was so done with them. that's why i don't play platforms, except Super Mario World and DKC3

Jesus H.... it wasn't that it was hard to master the controls or anything (it was an RPG, after all), but it just felt half-done throughout.

either i just suck or Streets of Rage on hard is tough, i believe its the former.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Subspace Emissary on Intense difficulty. The increase in knock back and damage on top of the (very, very) annoying enemies makes it a challenge to beat.

I did get around to completing it, but Brave: The Search for the Spirit Dancer was very difficult to get through. I couldn't see anything in some locations and not all collisions were on point.

This is going to sound weird, but I've never been great at Sonic games. I consider them among the hardest things I've ever played.
