Question How do I increase likelihood AI will use certain attacks?

I'm really sorry if this has been asked before but I've looked everywhere to find out how to make it more likely for a character to do a specific move.
I found a post on zerosinnen but the programming doesn't look the same. There's no > random with x number that I can increase.

    I use the mugenarchive_build3_mfj_1_0.
I was gonna post links and pictures but I don't have enough posts so I can't. Edit: oh wait they're in thumbnails?

well, as regards my experience about random stuff, I guess that putting no random stuff will automatically make the char perform that move no matter what. with a random value (that you can put in each state as "triggerall") things will change according to the random value but it also relates with other states which share the same random values and the same triggers (ie, stateno's). So you can make some tries by adding the random trigger to each state and see how it changes. I guess that the higher the random values the less probabilities of that move (no random value should mean: everytime), but it's uncertain as if you put random in that some moves will eventually spam or not.
It also depends on where exactly you put the code in the CMD, I saw that, for example, my chars did the moves which were written the higher (first) in the list, I guess that's because it's the first thing the engine reads so it does it then it does it again and again.

I think I'd have to figure out how to add random stuff myself which I don't think I'm up for. I just wanted to tweak a couple of things. Seems to me like more of this is programmed after which state she is in or something. Which is cool, I just want her to prioritize some moves over others, but I can't see where that is coded. Might see if I can try it with other chars, but idk if they are coded like that either.

If you want to know a specific move, go on game, press ctrl+d, do the move and write down the state number for that move, after that, open your cmd file, find that same number and change the parameters for that state.
But don't change the move that comes with a "command" parameter because this is for the player only and won't affect the AI, you can add the random parameter to one of the triggers and adjust it's value.
