Sean by Scar may be a good reference for what you're looking for, but I'm not really sure about what you're looking for. I only see his hypers are well... "called". (if you mean visual effects)
If you mean a hyper that involves all the screen like Zero's hypers (Zero from KOF)...well check his code out and take reference.
