Never, lol. They're sacred objects, I can't touch them with vulgar cleaning products.

I buy new ones before they get to that point.
We have lots of dust going around where i live but luckly my mouse and keyboard don't get dirty with easy.
I can't say the same about the rest of my hardware, memory, GPU, CPU, coolers, etc... i clear them once one or two months and it's a pain, it takes a whole afternoon most of the times.
