The kinds of jokes/memes I can't stand:
racist jokes
jokes about Nazis/Communists/North Korea (For crying out loud, they killed billions of people! I don't see why people still joke about them!)
Pepe the Frog
Ugandan Knuckles
jokes about major tragedies (especially 9/11)
gross humor

I think memes based on terrorism/school shootings aren't really funny. They are just... just... horrible. Seriously, WHY would these idiots joke about something terrible? Suicide jokes are runner up, ESPECIALLY those based on Sayori's death scene in DDLC.

that's the internet, a place where you can hide your face to say and do the darnest thing without the trouble of being judged or even with the opportunity of laughing at those who want to judge you. a nice place where to vent your frustration (especially on those which are in a lower/poorer/weaker situation than us).
it's psychologically explainable: thinking about other people's pain reduces our fear of death, because we think about somebody else than us living a bad situation ("better you than me"). that's why some people go to shock sites or watch gory stuff: to feel safer against their own uncertainity. rather than reflecting about the unavoidable, they prefer to see someone else dying or facing pain... just like a kid prefers to wash his teeth after eating candies, instead of giving up sugar.
but on the other hand the internet reflects the status quo: what people think. so if you see suicide/terrorism jokes it's because people think about suicide and terrorism very often (collective unconscious), or they've been just desensitized about it, or because being cynical makes big likes nowadays.

about what I don't like: anti-ethical jokes, memes against vegans, etc. I mean... you gotta be suicidal to go against a vegan. Well, I can't stand suicidal beings and people which have no respect for their own life. This kind of people have nothing to feel, nothing to do, nothing to share... they just want others to follow them in their void existence so, rather they start thinking more deeply about life itself or just end it without forcing others into their deviated point of view.
