Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, made by Troika in 2004. I probably replay it every couple years. Its truly an amazing game and a real hidden gem that got no attention because it released the same day as half life.

Right now it's Skyrim. But mostly because I haven't finished it yet. I keep getting about 20 hours into it before it becomes a CTD fest and I give up for a while.
I have the special edition now, but I'm waiting for a few more mods to convert before I jump back in.
