Is there a game that you comeback to from time to time?

D&D: Shadows over Mystara when I got time to spare; Else I'd just fire up Third Strike or Garou and do an arcade run. Though I tend to switch up a lot...

I've replayed Skyrim a few times past couple years. The first 10 hours are especially rewarding, takes about 40-50 hours before I get bored, but its a great base to mod into a completely new experience, which I think is most of the reason to still be playing after almost 9 years.

I juggle around a lot of games. The ones I hope onto more often than not would be Elder Scrolls Oblivion & Disgaea Hour of Darkness.
Oblivion has always been a game I revisit due to the healthy selection of mods to mess around with, from new quests & adventures to partake, to screwing around with the silliest foolery.
Disgaea doesn't get revisited as often, but I still have good times with it whether I actually try to beat the game with brains ... or just blow everything up with a suped-up Prinny!*seal laughs*
