hello! i'm new to this frum and i'm trying to learn how to create a fighter using my own sprites. is it going to be hard? also how to i get unlurkered so that i can try downloading characters

Also, I wouldn't normally put something like this in the comments, but I can't search the forum yet (new member) but I was wondering if it's possible to make characters that have analog walking speeds. As in you can control how fast or slow a character walks in game by using an analog stick. Is this possible or beyond the scope of the engine? Once I get search privileges I'll learn more about editing the actual mugen engine, if possible, but I figured I might as well post here for now and see if anyone has helpful links. Thanks!
