I think for about every article of every character, we should have a new section for them that links available characters on the MUGEN Database.

This could be manual or automatic. But for now I can see it being a manual thing. For example:

There are three main wiki sections :
MUGEN Docs
Game Guides
Heroes Lore

All MUGEN related infos belong in the MUGEN docs section, where you can write articles about MUGEN content.

By the way, is it just me or is the wiki login system broken?

The login system seems fine to me.
