Pretty sure it was Donkey Kong Land 3 on Gameboy. Honestly still holds up pretty well for what's essentially a handheld port.

It was a 2d racing game, kinda f1 styled, i'm not sure the name, probably a really old copy since I got it from the thrift store when I was younger, came with a joystick and it was pretty retro.

I really can't say. Before I played video games, I played computer
games, and there were so many of them that I played, mainly children's
educational PC games that I played when I was little, that I'm not sure which
one was the first one I played.
