Randomly reading through this thread kinda late, but that aura effect in the video is probably tied to the fact that she's in her 12th palette, 12th palette on a lot of characters tend to get inflated stats, bonus attacks, and just all around extra flare to highlight the fact that they've been super buffed, start+Z at character select I believe should trigger that aura effect, though having said that it will also make her completely unbalanced.
