Gonna learn how to make MUGEN chars with 2 Japanese MUGEN character creators, Dragman and Tuki no Turugi.

I may be incorrect, but isn't it Tsuki no Turugi since typing "tu" on keyboards in Japanese gets you the "tsu" sign? Or are they INTENTIONALLY called that?
