I don't think they actually got mugen on a raspberry Pi, but it's really good idea that I would like to see and even try out in the future.

I think you'd need "The PC Engine", a RetroPie thing, to be running on your Raspberry Pi.

I played MUGEN on Linux with Wine and works great. Linux Mint 17.3 with Nvidia or Intel graphics card.

I really want to get this going on my Pi.
I plan on getting the Pi4 when my funds allow me to.

retropie will run a PSP emulator very well and i had many lighter games running like locoroco and the dbz series.

Iv been looking at Paintown Mugen and i treid it on my wii but just got a red screen and a crash.

There is a PSP version of Paintown Mugen and i wanted to try that but i dont get much free time.

If you can figure out how to run non image files on the PSP emulator you could in theory run Mugen no problem

Mugen was never released for PC Engine, known as TurboGrafx-16 in the US. There is a Linux version of Mugen available, though, and it would be really cool if somebody could make that port work with Raspbian.

Would this run on the Raspberry Pi? I know it uses Linux so maybe it would work, but I'm not sure.
