I suggest to put a little cooldown on his blue balls attack thing, cuz otherwise you can just spam it and beat the game like bam

well that's actually a "watch match" that's the CPU spamming :D
in game you can also dodje, double jump, etc. so if the cpu's spamming you know how to react

That doctor is what i don't like, is too grotesque for me.

Lol. Can't really blame you, but I always wanted to make a char with an a$$ face. GOLDEN RULE (imho): any fighting game needs at least one annoying, grotesque, seemingly useless characters. Like Dhalsim in SF2, Boskonovitch in Tekken3....

But you gave me an idea with that. I can make it an 'extra' character (hidden but selectable) and a semi-boss. Or I can make it locked but then I will increase his powers to the MAX so people will have to deal with my grotesquerie XD

Anyway, I know, I hate him too. But I find it funny, and I want to keep it in the roster.

On a side note... that char could have been a lot worse, this is how it was firstly designed (spoiler: really really gross):

added semi-boss OMEGA DR.CULO, unselectable, greater and "powerer" form of DR.CULO (he is the main bad dude of the game)
