Zipped characters are not appear.

try it with other files and see if the same thing happens. if so, it's your computer. that happened to me. I fixed my issue when i deleted my Temp folder. that'll be in your C drive > Windows > Temp. It'll reappear automatically at one point so don't worry about deleting anything important.

I had no idea that Mugen even supported characters inside zipped files. I would recommend extracting it, then adding it to your select.def file, or using VSelect.
