This is based on a visitor message i send to Nazo because visitor messages are way too short. 400 words is the limit. Anyways, here it goes:

I kind of dislike the "ignore your problems" mindset. Sure, you don't have to always focus on the negative, but you don't have to always focus on positive either since life isn't black and white and we all have our moments of happiness and sadness, however, if you act like problems don't exist, you're making your life worse.

That also reminds me of illnesses, viruses and diseases in this world, if we ignore deadly and serious illnesses and diseases like cancer, AIDs for example, people who have these will feel worse because their problems aren't taken seriously, but they (diseases, illnesses and viruses) themselves will also get worse and probably infect more people. Knowing what happened in 2020, and then in 2021, let's take Corona for example. If we act like Corona doesn't exist, it will get worse and people who have it will also feel worse. Let's make up a situation:

You have the Coronavirus. You KNOW it, you are aware of the fact. You, wanting some help, tell your friend or family member you have Coronavirus. Their response is something like: "CORONAVIRUS DOESN'T EXIST!" "FAKE!" "THERE'S NO SUCH THING!" etc, even though there's proof of its evidence, wouldn't you feel bad? Because it's something that can kill you no matter how careful you are, and can negatively affect your family and friends as well.

It's important to focus on your problems and things that negatively affect you in life. No, you don't have to put ALL of your attention, time and energy on your problems, but focus on them and try to find the solution. If you act like they didn't happen, you're hurting yourself more, and something like that could happen to you again as well, because life can be surprising and sometimes one thing can happen multiple times. You can be an optimist or pessimist, it's your choice and how you see life, but whatever and whoever you want to be, try to have the best life you can and try to find help and solution to your problems.

How do scientists cure illnesses, diseases and viruses? What do you think? I don't know, but in my view, i'd say, they put their time and attention on the illness/disease/virus, they look at the symptoms, causes and try to find or make the cure. They don't just say "I don't know why i am wasting my time with this, it will disappear by itself!", because it won't. Illnesses, diseases and viruses require time, energy, attention and wish to disappear. If you wish for something that CAN disappear to disappear, you also put your attention and energy to make that something disappear, whether it's easy or hard. You don't just think it will disappear by itself, you, or someone else focuses on it and fights it. However, there are also some things that cannot disappear and will exist for, MAYBE, forever.

We don't always have to look at the image and physical things. We sometimes have to focus on mental things as well, because if something doesn't have a form, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Love exists, feelings exist. But they don't have a form. Why? Because they are mental, and not physical things. They are something inside of us. Feelings are inside us, they exist, they don't have a physical form, but they exist. Either way, we express our feelings so, that's something to think about as well.
