    Default Characters taken from CVS Evolution Rev 2 have tiny portraits, can't fix it

    A while back I downloaded CvS Evolution Rev 2 as my first time trying MUGEN, and started throwing more characters into it because why not. I recently switched the screenpack out to CVS3 L4J and now all the characters I carried over from the initial roster of CvS ER2 have portraits and CSS icons that are about 3/4 the size of the characters I added later, and are offset by a number I'm not quite sure of, probably because their anchor point is where the scaling begins.

    I've tried resizing and adjusting the position of the portraits to fix it, but it has hideous resampling and I just want to figure out how to fix it for real. Anyone know where I should look? I've tried scanning over the code comparing characters to see if I can spot a difference but I can't seem to find anything.

    Are the characters from Rev 2 edited to have different portrait parameters? How do I change that in a way that doesn't look as bad?

    Here's an example of what I'm talking about.
    Note how a bunch of characters' icons don't fit their box, and Bison on the bottom left is mostly off-screen and really chunky. If he was on P2 side, he'd be hovering underneath the grid at a weird offset, where as Alice (a character I added) looks fine.

    Open char def and remove any localcoord.
    Open char sff and change 9000,0 to 25x25px, align and save.
