Hi everyone. I'm EL_STINGRAY and I'm from Brazil.

I've only gotten into MUGEN recently out of a desire to mess around with fighting games and I'm very interested in learning how the engine works. I haven't made anything solid enough to upload yet, but I intend on doing so once I've gotten my bearings.
