im just looking for different characters so im not sure which ones are my favorite
Man im really more in it to study stuff.
MUGEN, GZDOOM, and RPG Maker are like the trifecta of doing easy things to understand the concept and mechanics of what makes a game a game. You use MUGEN to learn how fighter development works and how fighting games balance stuff, you use GZDOOM/Slade to understand FPS level design and ect. And RPG maker is for RPGS.
In terms of a favourite character, i say omega tigerwoods. he's a classic goof character.

I just came to download the software to explore it, and find my self unable to download it, because of community event or something... They should probably not lock the entire download section... but i guess it is what it is, I kinda explored the forum a bit, and found some pretty interesting things.
There is also an issue with this forum, you keep getting that cloudflare page when read other ppl posts and want to reply. it's annoying

On a side note I wish downloading were blocked, not accessing the download page. I'm editing a fighter and all I need right now is to be able to access an unlisted Youtube video I found through the downloads page.
I'd love to say that I'm looking forward to playing more Mugen but it's a bit hard to say I'm excited when I can't even see what characters are there.
I lurk not because I enjoy the topics and reading what people have too say, I am trying to post more now., will do my best!
In the meantime my favorite Mugen character is the OG Mugen Fighting guy, Kung-Fu Man! He is a truly under-appreciated hero who chose to be a placeholder for us all, and we need to show him more appreciation :)

My favorite character from anything is Ai-Ai from the Monkey ball series. Ai-Ai has his happy-go-lucky persona. A close second is Sheldon (preferably young Sheldon) from the Big-Bang theory/Young Sheldon. He is soooooo funny........ Like when he goes to penny's door, knocks 3 times, says penny every time, and she answers with an annoyance in her tone, That gets me rolling around on the floor laughing.
Ai-Ai in a fighting game would be pretty funny, once I can download I want to see if I can get him in MUGENQuote:

Mine has to be Goku by 280gou. I just love the fact that you can go through every canon transformations and the implementation of anime scenes and music is well made IMO. Honestly I would love to see a Vegeta or a Superman made in the same fashion.

Been using mugen for about a month now. My favorite changes as I find and discover more characters, but my favorite by far is Passive Aggressive Chun Li. You can see the amount of effort put into character, and it really shows.

I like Bionicle and I hope I'll find some Bionicle MUGEN characters. I know there exists a Toa Mata team as a character, but besides that idk. I'd also like to explore the website for some funny or obscure characters.
I will admit that Ronald McDonald is my favorite character because of the memes. That is not the only thing that got me into MUGEN. I am bored of Smash Bros. and I am willing to try other games including this. Any advice? :offtopic:

My Favorite Mugen Character would be Eugeo. He's pretty easy to use and his combo game is just wonderful. I got into mugen around 2009 and looked at alot of winmugen videos.
It is intentionally unspecified. Just be active is all the admins have instructed (to my understanding).
I've been feeling like a fan of the Hyper Dragon Ball Z2 characters since they are a pretty cool take on the Drgaon Ball Characters and have some fan service and memes here and there in the colors and intros. Personally really dig Goku and Krillin. Outside of them I really dig the Marvel vs Capcom 2 characters posted here as well as the Frank West character being a much more interesting take on Frank from the Vs. Series.
