Cotton Hill from KOTH technically isn't a villain but he's basically the worst fictional character I can think of and he brings the entire show down with his presence
i don't really hate characters but i do sort dislike peter griffin, sometimes his jokes and abusive actions repulsive me.
Bao is the biggest waste of a slot in KOF history. He is useless and i Hope he never returns.
Peter Griffin started as an openly misogynistic derivation of later Homer Simpson, then he evolved into a simple retard… or a cunning genius, cartoon worlds leave everything ambigious. I enjoyed his antics for a good couple of years though. Someone like Eric Cartman is def a different cup of tea (but hilerious for that way lol).Quote:

Kazuha from Genshin physically hurts me when he appears. Like, oh great, now the story will slow down for the next two hours while we get a sad backstory recap. Despite his joyful/peaceful vibes, the dude is literally incapable of having a storyline without a link to his tragic past.

Candace Flynn (Phineas & Ferb), Shaoran Li (CardCaptor Sakura) and Kiyomaro/Kiyo Takamine (Konjiki no Gash Bell!/Zatch Bell!) were my most hated non-evil characters as a kid, miss 2014.
