What, in your opinion are some of the most evil characters? Why do you think they are evil? Feel free to put spoilers.
If this thread was already made, i will edit it.
Games, shows, comics anime, manga, everything is allowed.
In my opinion:
1. Akihiro Kurata from Digimon Data Squad. I hate him but i have to admit that as a villain he's great.
He sees Digimon the same way Hitler sees Jews although he's a huge hypocrite since he uses Gizumon, a Digimon just to kill Digimon. I hate him for killing Frigimon, a Digimon who treated Keenan like her son despite the fact that he's a human, i hate him for killing Merukimon and for blackmailing Thomas' sister Relena and making Marcus get angry and fight his friend Thomas. Thankfully he got what he deserved; A punch to the face.
One of few villains that actually make my blood boil.
2. Leopold Goenitz from King of Fighters a bit. The fact that he
made Leona go insane and kill her parents and also that he defeated Kyo in 1-on-1
makes me respect him, KOF bosses are cool, but no other KOF villain has that evil 'feeling' that Goenitz does, if you know what i mean. Most of them get defeated by Kyo effortlessly, while Goenitz is the only one who could actually defeat Kyo.
3. Shiki Nanaya from Kagetsu Tohya/Melty Blood. (talking about the evil murderous character) I do like him and all, but in real life, he would be called a psychopath since he has 'no emotions' (other than being smug 100% of times, he has no other emotion) and murder satisfies him a lot, he only lives to murder people. And he's sarcastic as well and is not really afraid of anyone.
I don't have too many, but these are some characters i think are pretty evil. What characters do you think are the most evil and why? Put spoilers if you want.

Despite not watching much of it, Negan from the Walking Dead is an absolute despicable guy. He straight up kills
Glenn and Abraham in cold blood
in the most disgusting way possible while their friends are forced to watch.
From a game though, I hate
Tsuneo Iwami
from Yakuza 6. Hell, he's the only Yakuza villian that Kiryu ever wanted to straight up kill because he was that bad. I won't get into what he did, there's some MAJOR spoilers and it'd take a while to write out even if I summed it up. 0% respect for him whatsoever, unlike some of the other villians in the series who had motives that made them, at the very least, somewhat redeemable.

Bondrewd from Made In Abyss is possibly the most despicably awful villain from anything I've ever seen. He's just a complete monster, and it's kind of incredible how much the writing succeeded in making me hate him.

That is true, as children, we used to be scared of ghosts and monsters, but now that we grew up, we realized that people are way scarier.

Dio from part 1 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is pretty evil because he
Kidnaps a woman and her child. She pleads for him to not hurt the child. He doesn't, but he turns her into a vampire and she eats her child.

Oh dear, that's really scary... If vampires ever existed (i am glad they don't), i honestly hope none of them do messed up stuff like that.

A bit of a basic answer, but Joker
First, there is the infamous Jason Todd incident. Joker kidnapped him after luring him out using pictures of his missing mother, tortured him for a long time (a common form of torture shown is repeated beatings with a crowbar), and when batman was on his way to rescue him, a timed explosive killed him. He was around 12/13 years old when Joker did this to him. Second, the killing joke. Joker visits Barbara Gordon and shoots her in the spine with a pistol, he then proceeds to take all her clothes off and take pictures of her while *****. He then kidnaps her father, and has some minions of his strip him ***** and proceed to beat him while another drags him around with a leash, while he is forced to look at pictures the joker took of his daughter. All just to try and show that it just takes on bad day to turn a person insane.A final example, what he did in the injustice AU, Joker had planted a nuclear bomb in Metropolis and placed the trigger in Louis Lane's heart so that when she died, it would detonate. When superman found where they were hiding, he released a special form of Scarecrow's fear toxin mixed with kryptonite, which made Superman mistake Louis for Doomsday, resulting in him killing her. She was also pregnant at the time so he killed his own unborn son as well, and of course, since her heart stopped, the nuke went off and destroyed metropolis. There are plenty of other messed up stuff he has done on top of all of this

Yuki Terumi from Blazblue, he has done MANY things that make him evil. Let's see he: Manipulated Tsubaki into becoming evil and heartless in CS and CP, straight up almost killed Makoto and Iron Tager just because they got in his way, has killed dozens of people, (including Nine), and probably worst of all...he stole a part of Ragnas childhood by killing Celica (and even taking Saya and Jin with him on top of that) and told Noel that she shouldn't even exsist, saying that she's a doll and a tool for destruction. For all that Terumis not just evil, he's the definition of evil.
