Last Game Finished?

Persona 4 on the Playstation 2. Since the day I finished Persona 3 FES back in the middle of last year I've been looking for more from the series and after finishing this instalment I still continue to be impressed by these games, how they make me love each character and their personal qualities, and even their flaws which sometimes I can relate to. Not to mention the amazing soundtrack by Shoji Meguro that had me stopping at certain places just to keep listening to it, something that I've been doing a lot on my sessions.

Probably the game I'm going to say isn't the last one I've finished but at least is the last that I remember. Super Mario World.

Twin Mirror and Flasback (1992), both last week.

Last game I beat was Street Fighter 2010 on Famicom. It's insanely hard, but it's a very fun and indepth platformer.

Dark Souls 3

Well I did it, I've 100% the Crash N.Sane Trilogy (aside from the time relics in the first and second game).

Kingdom Hearts II, Although it is the third time that I finish it. :laugh:

Resident evil 2 remake

The last game that I finished was Live A Live, since the remake is coming out soon. It's a really good game, so please play the remake when it comes out, you won't regret it!

Skyrim, that game is huge

I beat State of Decay recently.

Saikoroshi-hen. A great and emotional game, there were few things that bothered me, and few things that were cool about that world. I guess it's a bittersweet feeling. I'll be honest i watched the Higurashi Rei anime at first, which was short but had interesting and funny episodes, and despite the cheerful feeling, it still had Higurashi feeling in it, Higurashi Kira kinda forgot what made Higurashi Higurashi, not saying it's bad, but i wasn't impressed by it, other than the third and fourth episode.

Pros:
1. Satoshi is here. Satoshi gets along with everyone, which is even better, he's a shy but friendly guy.
2. Rika's parents are alive, but they aren't jerks 24/7.
3. Satoko and Satoshi aren't abused and hated by anyone.
4. Reina gets along with her parents and doesn't change her name to Rena. I admit i got used to the name Rena, but Reina still sounds cool.
5. The ending. Honestly speaking, a world where Keiichi doesn't transfer to Hinamizawa sounds a bit hard to get used to, considering he taught Rika that fate CAN be changed, and i mean, Keiichi even saved Satoko from her uncle without having to kill him in one world. Yes, it was satisfying to watch Teppei get killed, but killing won't solve 100% of your problems, Higurashi teaches you that using murder as a solution to your problems can make your life worse and that you can't solve everything with violence, anger and killing, you have to be calm sometimes to actually solve your and other people's problems. Sadly, some people judge Higurashi as a story where everyone goes insane and everyone kills everyone, and that's far away from the truth, if Higurashi was like that, it would be less interesting.

Cons:
1. Keiichi isn't there. Keiichi may not be the protagonist of Higurashi, but even he is a special character and i think Higurashi would be less interesting if Keiichi didn't exist, sure, Keiichi isn't the same as Satoshi, and there are characters better and stronger than Keiichi, but Keiichi teaches you that you can have a positive effect on people's lives without having to be super strong, and that you can help people without violence and going crazy, he taught Rika that fate is just a meaningless word, you can change your and other people's lives, your own life isn't decided for you, you decide your own life. Okay, your gender, name, birth place and year are decided... But if you will be a good and caring or a violent and emotionless person in your life, that's something YOU decide.
2. Satoko doesn't care about Rika. Satoko was always close to Rika in previous worlds and because of Satoshi's disappearance, Rika filled the missing, empty place in Satoko's heart, she made her feel less lonely and she made her feel that someone actually cares for her, since the village hated her just for being a member of the Houjou family, which is pretty rude, it's not okay to judge someone for their surname, not every family is good, but something good can come from every family.
3. Mion is less friendly and a bit cold. Mion was the leader of the club, she would literally take a bullet for their friends, it's not a metaphor, she WOULD do it. Mion cared for all of her friends, she didn't compare them and say that one was better and one was worse, she liked them all equally.
4. Other than Keiichi, Tomitake isn't there either, Irie isn't there either since he's replaced by Doctor Yamamoto, Akasaka isn't there, and Miyo Takano isn't there either, the clinic is named after her adoptive grandfather, Hifumi Takano. Sure, Miyo has done horrible things, but even she is an important character in the Higurashi universe, every fiction needs a good and a bad guy to be complete. Not everyone can be good, and not everyone can be bad, and that's what makes life special, you can learn life lessons from some of the kindest souls, and even from some of the most evil people. Evil is NOT born, it's made.

Mass Effect Remake.It was the only one in the trilogy that i didn't play. Didn't age well imo.

although i finished it (not 100%, still need to beat Reimu and Cirno, but since they are secret bosses and i already beat the main game) in January, mine was Touhou Luna Nights, pretty awesome metroidvania and it's easily in my top 3 alongside Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth and Hollow Knight

Subnautica, a lot of my time was spent playing this game, and it became one of my favorite open-world games. The Ghost Leviathan is a sight to behold, and something to avoid...

Last game I beat was Black Mesa, an excellent remake of the original Half-Life. As my first Half-Life experience, it was awesome and I'm currently enjoying my time playing Half-Life 2 so far.

Hypnospace Outlaw has been my obsession lately. I've finished it, but i still have stuff to do there. I've heard the game is gonna get a sequel and i'm looking forward to it.

Fallout New Vegas, for like, the 900th time. **** I love that game. Fun fact, I'm the idiot who made the two bears high fiving mod, lol.

Princess Maker Refine. I'm a big fan of raising/training sims and it was a pretty fun and simple affair. Wish it was better optimized for PCs and that it was a little less obtuse about its own mechanics, though.

I recently played through most of Fireproof's The Room series, though I haven't gotten to the VR one yet.

I just got through a play through of Bastion. While its something I've already played before it had the same magic going through a second time. Highly recommend for anyone who has not tried it before!

Literally just finished Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005..the game is mid in my opinion.
