Only because he looks really ridiculous flying towards the enemy like Superman, Mr Big from Art of Fighting.
He is cool though. I actually have him in Mugen.
Master hand or Giga Bowser even though smash is frowned upon

The fight with Kazuya at the end of tekken 7's story mode, and the fight with akuma after that is so tense, it's amazing.
God Rugal in Capcom vs SNK 2. Love seeing that bastard throw Akuma away like he's nothing.

Igniz from King of Fighters. (despite the fact that i didn't like 2001 much, it had some cool characters in my opinion) I love fighting him in 2002UM, he's one of my favorite KOF bosses. For some reason, i even like him more than Rugal, no offense. But Rugal himself is cool too, i'll give you that.
