What are some obscure characters that you wish could be playable in MUGEN?

Stuff like forgotten 80s cartoon characters, overlooked game series, movie characters, the like?

Emilia and Beatrice from ReZero and I hope the creator makes them a normal character.

When I saw the milk commercial with Tekken 3, I instantly thought the cow would make a pretty joke character (I even checked whether it doesn’t exist already).

Also @Moondreamer We Really Need Brum For Mugen, Because He'll have a moveset faithful to the TV Series from the Early 2000's.

I personally want to see more characters from the Lyrical Nanoha franchise (especially the adult versions of the two main characters, Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa Harlaown from MGLN StrikerS and everything that takes place after it), Demonbane, Bellcross from Heroic Age, the Phantom Gundam from Crossbone Gundam Ghost, more decent characters from the Gunvolt franchise, a decent Shobu from Duel Masters, some characters from the Cardfight Vanguard franchise, and some characters from the B-Daman franchise.

Yes. Even just Levi would be fine as she's like the Deadpool of the Lyrical Nanoha franchise and my personal favorite out of the Materials.

Persona isn't even an obscure franchise though (except for Persona 1 and 2) but a couple characters have already been made in MUGEN.

I would realy like to see the entire roster of Rise of the Robots 1 & 2, I like the designs and I think the could be realy cool mugen characters if someone takes the time to adjusts the gameplay to make them worth playing unlike in there original Games.^^

Any character, preferably original, who uses Gacha Life's sprite.
Since Gacha Life allow you to gain sprite sheet of your char that also separates individual limbs, this should be possible

Most of the Power Instinct/Goketsuji Ichizoku cast is in Mugen, although the conversions themselves aren't specific to Senzo Kuyou.
