What are some obscure characters that you wish could be playable in MUGEN?

I have several characters I have wondered if anyonewould add

The stranger (Furi)
The main character of a high octane, bullet hell, sword fighting, blasting boss rush game. Even if not the character the music and stages could be very cool to add.

Powers/attacks
-Sword powerup- Powers up your sword turning it yellow. Next attack deals double damage
-lunge- charge your sword up and lunge at the enemy. If blocked or missed leaves you wide open
-teleport- spamable, charge for longer distance
-repeater gun- spammable with no knockback
-charge gun- charged gun knocks down distanced enemies
-block- restores small amount of health and allows instant counter after hit.

Seiya Ryuuguuin (Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious)
I'm assuming someone is thinking about it right now but this anime is halarious and I highly recommend watching it. Main character feels like he's made for this game with all the powers he has used in the anime. I cant even name all of them but it would be cool.

-Phoenix overdrive- set shit on fire with sword
-hell's fire- set more shit on fire

Gears of War isn't an obscure franchise (at least outside of Japan and a few other places).

Any character from the game "Toy fighter". from Sega in the Naomi arcade system, just for anyone to remenber that game.

sir daniel fortesque from medievil!! he has so many wepons at his disposal he could use for supers and specials! hell, he even has a classic drumstick in the game that turns all the enemies on screen into chicken that can replenish health!!

Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club, that'd be awesome

Train Heartnet, from the Black Cat anime/manga. A depressingly forgotten character from a really good manga. Never get to see any love for him in anything. :(

Not sure if they exist already but these two really old mangas, O-parts hunter characters and Beet the vandel buster characters
