Its called mugen megamix black edition. You need mugen 1.1 because all it does is change the screen.
Also don't use VSelect to install MMMBE into Mugen v1.1, intall it manually then insert your characters using VSelect. I tried to install MMMBE into Mugen v1.1 using VSElect, and it turned into something completely different. It looked like a 90's mandarin video game, not at all like Mugen MegaMix Black Edition.
I used vselect and it worked but safe to listen to spartanman.

Its all good, but you should try reinstalling MMMBE using VSelect, if youre interested in that 90's mandarin style

hold up. what do you mean by doing it manually cause i did what the tutorial said and it came up with what you said.
by manually i mean downloading MMMBE, going into the data folder, and grabbing a folder named MMMBE. Drag and drop that folder into the MUGEN 1.1 data folder. In that same folder there is a .cfg file named mugen.cfg. Open that with notepad, and search for a line that EXACCTLY says the following ; motif = data/mugen1/system.def ;Use this line if using a motif that overwrites system files.
Replace the word mugen1 with MMMBE and you're done installing MMMBE. Then using the VSelect way of installing characters, do the same with MMMBE, and have fun!

i also need to increase my download size. Also i'm new to this and i cant seem to get downloaded characters to show up in the select screen. any ideas on how to fix?
ziranwar make sure the characters .def file is the same name as the characters folder also make sure its not in an extra folder

Yes actually the Anime Super Battle Stars MUGEN is pretty good and you can easily add more or less characters aswell as stages depending on what you want to play as jus or normal
I literally only got into MUGEN because of Afrosenju XD love his videos.
