I use Fkuk DIO. Not cause i'm bad but mostly cause I like his moves. I suggest using it!

I love Combo Man hes like this generically drawn luchadore that has like boxing gloves and is good for teaching people how to make combos and such for your character as a nice alternative to kung fu man for newbies like me.

Not just going off the hype of Smash, but my favorite Mugen character by far is Terry Bogard. I just feel like you can't go wrong with his moveset, combos and virtually almost all his themes are stuck in my head.

id say the live a live protagonists (none of which are on this site) since i like to parade around my obscurity and the music that overrides the stage music is really good (except cube's "music") but i havent taken the time to actually learn how to play them plus their brutal AI keeps wrecking me so instead my favorite character would have to be shirma/shiroma from final fantasy... i like rangey characters even if they almost always suck (freaking vertigo)
