Definitely Pokemon Emerald.
For me, the Yakuza franchise has definitely shot up top 3 VG OSTs alongside the Kingdom Hearts franchise and Pokémon (specifically gen 5). Skyrim also has a god-tier OST, same with the SMT and Persona franchises. Tekken got some bangers too. Honestly, way too many to name for me.
