I vividly remember fighting history being a blatant SF knock off. Mizoguchi audio still plays in my head yelling what sounds like TIGABAZOOKAJAH when he throws fireballs and PISSOFFPISSOFFPISSOFF when he does his version of a hurricane kick lol
There's a fighting game on Switch, it's simply called "Fight". It's not expensive at all, so I bought it since I like a lot fighting games. It sounded like I was playing an online game with bad connexion: loading screen time too much long, slow characters' speed and moves. Well, loading time isn't a problem for me, unless the game is really not good. I don't like to criticize, but Fight is one of the very few games who's disappointed me. And that's too bad, I found the roster and stages pretty cool, just like in any other fighting game.
The first fighting game i ever played was street fighter II i was just a little kid that had no idea what he was doing but pressing the funny buttons and controlling characters ingame was fun. But it was what introduced me to fighting games

Love smash bros, but Brawl was pretty clunky

Actually, Ultimate was a close second for me on this topic, believe it or not, and it was initially my pick for the worst. Brawl had so much more annoying things that pushed it to be the worst of the Smash games, but Ultimate... I will give props on Brawl for a few things: while the main theme is - in my opinion - overrated, it's really good, and of course Subspace Emissary is just a gem. Ultimate's Adventure mode is kinda just rinse and repeat & it probably has the worst main theme out of any Smash game. However, Brawl has other things that made it come out on top as the least good Smash game.
Mk vs DC , Clayfighter and especially Def jam Icon. Even playing Def jam icon as a kid was so disappointing and boring!!!
