I prefer a good King K. Rool or Ridley to make the opponent rage, Simon/Richter as a more casual character, or Isabelle/Piranha Plant as my joke and "You never saw it coming" characters, and I don't even have a Switch! I guess I'm that quick to learn from demos... How about all of yours?

Very. I get too used to the old chars that they just feel natural to me. However, Fox always is unpredictable no matter what. Melee did that to me.

Snake is def my fav, sad when he was cut from 4 but glad to see him back. He did lose his thiccness sadly tho

Been a Shulk main since Day 1 Smash 4 and still a Shulk main to this day with Ultimate. Although Joker might be the first character that I play seriously alongside Shulk when he releases.

I hated how people complained back then that Lucina was just Marth with tipper damage no matter where the sword hits and that she should've been just a marth costume swap. Ah, the good old days...
I like snake, megaman and lucas, and dr mario. so for the most part projectiles (also young link)

Duh! It's Isabelle! She's the oddball of all oddball fighters in the game... yet I have fun playing as her despite having pathetic range for many attacks & not being as straightforward as the likes of fox & Sheik
Also she's just a precious little being:)
EDIT: I have no main now since this game committed what I consider to be a Sin for fighting games(at least it's competitive scene) ... DLC characters(this kills my desire to play any fighting game)
Daisy is my main, followed by Yoshi, Rosalina, and Pikachu (Although I mainly use Pikachu just to troll other players).
Funny thing is, I've been playing Super Smash Bros. since the first game, but I didn't have any mains until Brawl, which happened to be Yoshi. Then came Super Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS, and my main changed to Rosalina (although I still used Yoshi almost as much as Rosalina). This was also around the time I started using Pikachu, thanks to the amiibo.
And then came Ultimate... I've been wanting Daisy in the game SO badly, and I was in shock when they finally gave me what I wanted! Upon her announcement, I was DETERMINED to have Daisy as my main! (I even went through the trouble of training in the Wii U/3DS version as Peach just so I can be good with Daisy)
Even though I don't own a Switch, I would say my top two mains are Marth and Lucina. XP
Game and Watch! the new fair is taking me a while to get used to, though. :/ Oh well, at least I still have the turtle!
