I'm running on a 25/10 (25mbps download, 10mbps upload) connection. But here in Canada we get pretty screwed in terms of pricing, even the 15/5 connection I previously had cost $70 CAD monthly >.>

I better not talk about it. I live in France, and in most areas, internet is really, really bad. No wonder why our internet is badly rated in terms of overall speed in the world. You just have to be lucky here to live in a street that is connected to a fast internet. Yes, even Paris doesn't have a powerful internet everywhere... but when you have it, you have a freaking powerful internet (like 1000mbps in download speed)... for the same price as the lower internet one. Yes, it's stupid.
As for me, I can't even stream in 360p because my internet is too slow. Same with my download speed, it's bad, really bad. And it's not a money problem, it's just not possible where I live. And yet, I live in a city and not a small village.
I just can't wait to move into a new home in like 2 years (can't afford it for now), because I'm bored of taking days to download a game, or even to lag when someone in the house is doing anything (yes, anything).
1000mbps wi-fire and generally i'm very fast both in upload and in download ... except here, this is the only site where I have speed problems
Running at 10/1
Dear country...
arg... don't like to say it but we dutch "filthy rich country" everyone is one glass fiber, 100-1000mbit costs like 25euro a month, download dvd 4,5gb in 2min a xvid 700mb movie in 30sec.... think Netherlands was also one of the leading countries when internet started. Hope you'll get the same too one day, we just spoiled, thinking back at first days of internet downloading a movie toke 2 days, good memories they were ^^
Man, the world's some unfair place. I don't even reach the speeds that were promised... :cray:
Currently non-existant. Forgot to pay the bill.
(Using a library computer to talk here, T_T)
10 MBP
56k.
really, not more than that when I got some mb's to spare in downloads of music, games... something else... :D
10mb d/1mb u, average. Campus internet ain't great, but compared to my home internet, it may as well be advanced alien technology...
Supposed to be 100 MBPS but the internet speed is not really consistent so its kind of hard to tell.
It's an average of 47 download and 9 upload. No wonder it take a while to upload files. At least my ping is almost non-existent.
Since my family uses a fast internet company's wifi, I'd say it's decently fast.
I live in Berlin, Germany, and have a 50mb/s connection, but feel like paying for 100 mb/s but receiving like 5mb/s -.-
Well... My internet is terrible, so I did 3 speed tests...
Test:
The average is:
Ping: 226
Download: 2.92
Upload: 0.54
