My nickname comes from the Star Wars name generator, and I also use it for my games on SWTOR.
Mine came from me trying to think of a cute fighting name for my Raptor in ARK. I figured it would come in handy here, being a fighting game forum and all.
Mine came from a meme in the Kingdom Hearts fandom where all the villains there said "DARKNESS!" like 500 times so i thought this nickname and now i use it when i create a new account everywhere.
i sometimes use "Master Darkness" tho.
Mine is from Dextor's Laboratory. From the episode that Dexter loses dee dee's teddy bear and goes to try and find it again in the dump. The Teddy bear was Mr Fuzzums. I just changed it to Wuzzems. Although a little bit of the mandela effect of me remembering the name wrong also contributed to the name.

I liked Okami when I was younger. Amaterasu is the main character.
I didn't want to just be called Amaterasu. Plus when searched you get a bunch of weird Naruto images.
I just mixed it with Pikachu's name and it worked pretty well.

I kept getting called a genius and was told I'm super wise when I made that username so I used the family name of a Chinchilla instead of just chinchilla
