Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is one that I remember fondly. Had a difficult single player mode. I also enjoyed super smash bros. and smash bros melee. I don't play fighting games that often though, but that may about to change with mugen... :)

I'd have to say either Super Street Fighter II Turbo or King of Fighters (either '98 or '02), but I've always had a soft spot for the Darkstalkers series.

Injustice 2, I've never liked Japanese-styled fighters. I'm much happier playing a Mortal Kombat styled game. Not to mention the fact I get to customize my fighter in a bunch of in-universe ways ? Dope.

Tekken7 is pretty damn good

Ever since I got into MUGEN, nothing really beats it, to me.

I only ever wished I was more talented with creation.

For competitive play, Super Smash Bros. and Third Strike were my favorite for sure.

If I'm playing casually, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven is my favorite.

Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mainly the roster selection, P-Groove (Although I use C-groove mostly), Sagat in C-Groove is top tier
SNK vs. Capcom Chaos: Roster Selection
Street Fighter 3 third Strike: Gill and Parry system
Neogeo Battle Coliseum: Roster Selection and Tag system
Capcom vs. SNK: Pair Match Mode is fun

Lethal League of course, ok it may not be a traditional fighting game but It counts(I think)

Mostly openbor-type games including Rhythm of Destruction, Streets of Rage Z etc. I also like the Streets of Rage remake and Final Fight CD (wish someone would re-release this version, it deserves much more than the short-lived Mega CD).

Def Jam: Fight for New York = favorite of all time.

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 = runner up.

Killer Instinct and Tekken Tag = tied for 3rd place.

Definitely MVC2. I got about 50 hours in that game first week.
