I haven't played any of the JoJo fighting games, but I'd have to say batman from injustice. His combos are just really fun, really good.

Hard to pick a favorite fighting game between the Injustice series and the BlazBlue series, so my favorite fighters from both:
Batman in Injustice; his character trait allows for real trickery and my play style is very pressure heavy, and Litchi in BlazBlue for similar reason, though her trait's trickery is more spacing heavy than pressure based.
Maxi from Soul Calibur. I'm a sucker for nunchucks
