I think, feel free to judge me here, that Sans, Undyne, Asgore, and Papyrus from Undertale would be well in Mugen. I'd honestly love to play as these four, especially Sans and Papyrus on a team together.
It'd be really cool to give people a bad time. (I really love this font system, by the way.)
Oh, and Chara might be good, too- Like, they can make projectile slashes with their knife and stuff? I dunno, just an idea.

I really want to see Gwenpool added to mugen and maybe squirrelgirl, spidergwen would be good also.
So many more mainstream marvel dc just never made yet or always still in the works and never get finished or just they give up after all the time they have bragged and made us wait.
Yeah it's their choice but at times it's just silly things like someone upset them and so screw the rest of us that supported them.
Still a Gwenpool has alot of potential and now that everyone has seen him it's time to update spiderman to the civil war version.

What I'd love to see would be a hi-res pack of Rumiko Takahashi's characters (author of Ranma 1/2, Urusei Yatsura, etc). There are some Ranma fighters on this site, but they're all at about SNES quality (some of them I know are ripped from the SNES Ranma game). I know it's unlikely, but if somebody created some ArcSys-quality characters from Ranma or Urusei that'd just about make my day.
Would personally like to see more pre-2000 anime characters gets made into custom mugen-capable characters. Tenchi Muyo, Vampire Hunter D, more Gatchaman, Tekkaman Blade, Ippatsuman, Armitage III, Golgo 13, and so on.
