What is your favorite Nintendo game?

I got a lot of replies involving people telling me their favorite fighting games which has been pretty cool. Now I have a lot of good recommendations for new fighting games to someday eventually try out.

I also love Nintendo video games and I definitely want to start returning to Nintendo as well, so I would like to ask any people here what their most favorite Nintendo game is, and whatever makes that game the most special to them.

For Nintendo games myself, I'm currently hooked on two role playing games being EarthBound and Paper Mario TTYD.

I like the Wario platformers. I'm fine with Warioware but Wario hasn't had his "manly" treasure hunter persona in quite a while

Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is my favorite Nintendo game, easily. I think it's perfect.

Apart from that, I'm a big fan of Ocarina of Time, Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario All-Stars (SMB1 & SMB3 in particular), Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country... it's hard to name them all.

I'm not really a big fan of Nintendo and have only played a couple games but of those my favorite was Smash Bros Melee

I love Nintendo but my all time favorite game from them has to be Super Metroid. The atmosphere in that game is amazing! Plays great, amazing music, good graphics,... It's the total package for me.

Probably Final Fight 3, one of the all-time great official scrolling beat-em-ups and often sadly overlooked.

I know Final Fight 3 is on SNES but it's not a Nintendo game, that's a Capcom title.

Kirby Super Star. I love every single microgame in that collection. My favs are Dynablade, Meta Knight's Revenge, and when I finally got to experience Milky Way Wishes and fight Marx.

For me Mario Kart 64 was like a treasure I used to play a lot...

I am a hugeee fan of the Kirby series and all it's games! They always cheer me up because of how happy they are. I've played all of them but got to get back to playing more Kirby games tbh, so any game I should return to?

For me it's Pokemon Platinum. I grew up with it, and it was my introduction to one of my favorite series of all time. It also fixed the really slow swimming of diamond and pearl lol
