Re: Introduction thread
I left around a decade ago. I was very ignorant at the moment and I was mad at warehouses (I don't know why anymore).
My last WIP was Sin from Super Cosplay Ultra but I decided to leave the community. It wasn't until a few days ago that I got curious about the overall progress when it comes to the engine so decided to research about but didn't find much about it.
Right now I lost all my Mugen stuff to time and might have to dig through in order to find some but yeah, interested in resuming ripping and mugenising the characters from SCWU and even some random games, yeah.
Well, now that I remember, laxxe23 might have the copy I gave him years ago. That might be a good start, granted, if he still got it and is around haha.

yo, i'm aquacycle, i dabble in messing around with mugen cause there are just some matches that are hilarious to think about that can only be achieved by either a. animating it, or b. using mugen, i'm bi as hell and i can stab people from 40 miles away. oppa gangnam style.

Re: Introduction thread
Oh sweet. I just found this introduction thread as I'm going through the forums.
I just joined, and I'm a long, long-time fighting game fan. I've played everything from Street Fighter to MvC in all iterations, to Melty Blood and Vanguard Princess, even to Under Night/In Birth and so on.
I'm trying to work on a build with a personal fighter to use with a group of friends locally, and maybe share with some other friends online. This place is huuuuuuuge, and definitely the largest and most well-built community and archive I have been able to find for Mugen, in general. I'm looking for some resources on building fighters, too, and reading through some of that. Maybe would like to try and design a core fighter build around it. That last part I'm hazy on. I'm totally lost as to how I can construct a frame, or core, or whatever it's called, to use as a general starting point with empty character rosters and space for stages.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with this place, and will definitely be donating soon. Really excited to work on something like this.

Re: Introduction thread
Hello MUGEN community.
I'm not sure what to write or where to write it, but I wanted to say a few things.
I'm a novice in the MUGEN culture; I've only been on the website for three weeks; but I want to tell all of you in the community.....I APPRECIATE YOUR WORK AND EFFORT.
I'm sure I'm older than 90% of the community so coming from an older prospective, I have to say I'm very impressed by the unlimited creativity all of you display.
After reading the warming from last week regarding non-participants, I had to think about what exactly I wanted to say.
I'm sure there was a reason for the warning or banning which is fine because I see the work you guys do. The spectrum is wide and vast from Excellent work to just god awful!
But even with the terrible work, I still have to say that's very creative.
So I end with this, please keep doing what you're doing! It's very entertaining and absurd and fun all at the same time.
Thanks for listening.
