It's Ingrid, one of the many characters that debuted in a pretty bad game. Don't worry, this take on Ingrid is much better than the junk pile she came from.
Ingrid is quite swift with her movement, she also has an anti-air special with invincible startup and a reversal move that can be followed up.
Ingrid does have a projectile but it travels in an arc & doesn't go cross-screen without meter.
Possessing both speed and versatility comes at the expense of attack power so combos are necessary if you want to do lots of damage.

Much respect to the souls below:

Capcom: for bringing us Capcom Fighting Jam, also known as Capcom Fighting Revolution.(this game is terrible by the way, Ingrid was the only thing worth salvaging)

Sennou-Room: the Original Author of the version used as the base for this edit.

-- Version 1.015 Updated 1st March 2020-7:51 --
Sun Shots are now removed entirely when they collide with barriers rather than simply deactivating.

As a huge fan of Capcom Fighting Jam, I recognise its flaws but it is nowhere near as bad as people think it is. Anyways, I appericiate your effort and I will be using this for my revised version of CFJ (A Balanced version)
