View Full Version : We're taking action against criminal harassment

Jan 16, 2020, 20:05
I'll try to keep this as short as possible, I barely started typing and I already have a headache.

We've been raided recently (https://mugenarchive.com/forums/showthread.php?65812-The-MUGEN-ARCHIVE-has-been-raided), one of too many raids and the straw that broke the camel's back.

It's been over three years we've been harassed by a group of brutal internet thugs and while we've done our best to just ignore them, it's clear after three years they do not have the ability to move on, on their own. The most problematic issue is how they lie without any remorse to trick and abuse vulnerable persons, to use them as internet soldiers. Moreover we found out they were making illegal profits, and abusing vulnerable persons to make money is a serious crime.

We are well aware that it is very difficult to engage legal actions against internet criminals, moreover these thugs likely have no money to pay any reparation for the stupid things they do online. Regardless we've been way too patient and we have decided to engage a series of legal actions to end this harassment. We will not provide any detail about the ongoing actions until the outcome is clear. We will use the service of a specialist (a lawyer).

However, we can obviously not sue every single bad actor of the MUGEN community. Some of them live in jurisdiction where we have no legal representative or where the outcome is very uncertain. For those we will create special trials, where we will prosecute them and punish them symbolically, so that at the very least, less people get fooled.

The first will be Ryoucchi.

Who is Ryoucchi ?
Ryoucchi aka Ryou (real name Muhammad Adithya, we will reveal their name because they're plain criminals) is an unemployed man who lives in the region of Kalimantan, Indonesia. (If anybody knows a lawyer or a police officer in that region, please message me).

Ryoucchi (Muhammad Adithya) is a special type of thug. Unlike the others who lack the ability to hide their hatred, Ryoucchi will keep a friendly facade at all times, call you "brother", message you discreetly and pretend to ask for a "favor".

Ryoucchi selects his victims carefully, he willfully abuses vulnerable persons with the intent of getting them banned. Once they got banned Ryoucchi will pretend to be shocked and tell you "I told you they were the bad guys" but what Ryoucchi truly thinks deep inside is "YES!!! I got another idiot banned from there".

We will judge Ryoucchi (Muhammad Adithya) for the following crimes : criminal defamation, willfully spreading false information for personal profit
criminal abuse of vulnerable persons for personal profit
criminal harassment

I will provide further details about the trial at a later date.

The world can be a better place if such criminals are arrested.

Well, good luck with the lawsuit. Hopefully these bastards receive their punishments.

moreover these thugs likely have no money to pay any reparation for the stupid things they do online.

If they lose, wouldn't that put them in debt?

Such people disgust me, why would you spread negativity online for the sole purpose of your own entertainment? Hopefully they get what's coming to them.

I have received some messages asking me news about this.
Again we will not provide any details about the ongoing operations, because first and foremost it's not a show, legal actions are a serious matter and secondly, disclosing any details could potentially help the bad actors to escape from law enforcement. We will only provide details once the outcome is clear, such as a person being arrested and sentenced to jail.

Regarding the special trial of Ryoucchi (Muhammad Adithya) mentioned above, we are still preparing the details, gathering witnesses, etc... the trial date will be announced once everything is ready. And once again if someone knows a police officer or a lawyer in the region of Kalimantan (Indonesia), please message me. Cyber-bullying is a real life crime that should have real life consequences.
